Terms of Service
Written to be read. If a line here is unclear, ask us before you book — we would rather explain it than argue about it later.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who we are
Wash OnDaGo (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a mobile car wash and detailing service operating across Northeast Florida. Wash OnDaGo is the trading name of [REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY — fill before launch].
These terms apply to services booked through washondago.com, by phone, or by text. Booking a service means you accept them. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms for that company.
2. What we do — and what we don’t
We provide exterior and interior cleaning, detailing, and protective treatments at a location you choose. The exact work included in each package is listed on our services & pricing page, and the package you select at booking is the work we perform.
We are a cleaning and detailing service, not a body shop and not a mechanic. We do not perform paintwork, dent or panel repair, glass replacement, or mechanical work. Detailing improves how a surface looks; it does not repair damage, and some defects — deep scratches, etched paint, burns, permanent staining, existing rust or corrosion — will still be visible afterwards. Where we think a result is unlikely, we will say so before we start rather than after we finish.
3. Booking, rescheduling & weather
Bookings are requests until we confirm them by text or email. A confirmation is what creates the appointment; an unconfirmed request is not a booking. We confirm the vehicle, the package, the address, the arrival window and the total before the appointment stands.
You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment window. We monitor the Florida weather and reschedule weather-affected appointments at no charge, no questions asked. We operate Monday through Saturday.
Arrival windows are windows, not exact times. Traffic, gate access and the job in front of yours all move the clock. We do not offer live per-booking tracking, and there is no map to follow. What you get is the confirmation above, then on the day an arrival ETA by text in the morning and a text when the work is finished. If the window moves after that, you get a text about that too.
4. Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment window and there is no charge at all.
Inside 24 hours — including if we arrive and cannot access the vehicle or a safe place to work — the policy is: [LATE-CANCELLATION / NO-ACCESS POLICY — fill before launch]. Until that is published here, we will not charge a late-cancellation fee.
If you paid in advance and the service is not performed, you are refunded for it.
5. Pricing & vehicle sizes
Package prices are set by vehicle size class as shown on our pricing page. Oversized vehicles — large trucks and vans — may require an adjusted quote, which we confirm with you before service. Add-ons without a listed price are quoted and approved by you before work begins.
The total you approve at confirmation is the total you pay. If we find something on arrival that changes the job — a vehicle in far worse condition than described, pet hair through the whole interior, a size class that does not match the booking — we stop, tell you what it would cost, and let you decide. We do not add charges you have not agreed to.
Fleet and commercial work is priced separately and quoted in writing after a site walk; see Fleet & Business.
6. Payments
Paying at booking (“Pay Now”) earns the advertised 20% discount and priority scheduling. Otherwise payment is due when service is complete, by card, mobile wallet, cash, or any other method listed at checkout.
Online payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. Card numbers go directly to that processor — we never see or store them.
For fleet and commercial accounts, invoicing terms are set out in the written quote.
7. Memberships
Membership plans renew monthly and are priced by vehicle size. What each tier includes is listed on the memberships page. Billing dates, plan changes, pauses and cancellation terms are confirmed to you in writing at enrolment, and that written confirmation governs your plan.
Each tier states which washes apply to one named vehicle and which apply to any vehicle — check the tier you are joining. Whether unused washes roll over, and how a plan is paused or cancelled, is set out in that same written confirmation.
8. On-site service
We bring our own water, our own power, and every product we use. You do not need a hose, an outlet, or anything else on hand.
What we need from you: a safe, lawful place to park and work beside the vehicle, and access instructions if the location is gated or secured. You confirm that you are allowed to have the vehicle serviced at that location — if a property, HOA or employer restricts it, that is between you and them, and we will move to another spot rather than argue with anybody’s management.
Please remove valuables, personal items and anything fragile before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. If we find something that looks important, we bag it and hand it to you at the walk-around.
We may decline or stop a job on site where conditions are unsafe or unlawful — severe weather, traffic exposure, a hostile animal, biohazard contamination, or a vehicle we cannot reach. If we stop for one of those reasons before starting, you are not charged.
9. Vehicle condition, damage & liability
We photograph every vehicle before and after service. That photo log is the record we both work from. Pre-existing damage documented in the “before” photos is not our responsibility — that includes existing scratches, chips, dents, cracked or chipped glass, worn or peeling clear coat, aftermarket wraps and films already lifting, torn upholstery, existing stains, corrosion, and non-factory modifications.
Inspect your vehicle with us at the walk-around before we pack up, and raise any concern then. Raising it while we are still standing there is what lets us fix it on the spot.
If we damage your vehicle through our own error, tell us as soon as you notice and we will make it right — we are fully licensed and insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. The window for reporting damage after service, and the limit of our liability, are: [CLAIMS WINDOW & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — confirm with counsel before launch].
Some things we cannot take responsibility for even when we have done everything right: failure of already-damaged or aftermarket parts and finishes, water reaching the interior through an existing leak or a seal that had already failed, and results limited by the underlying condition of the surface. We will always tell you when we can see one of those risks before we begin.
10. Our guarantee
Walk around the car with us before we pack up. If anything isn’t right, we fix it on the spot — and if you’re still not thrilled, we come back and make it right. That is the deal, and it is the shortest section on this page on purpose.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW & VENUE — confirm with counsel before launch]. We would far rather resolve a problem with a phone call than with anything that needs a courthouse, so please call us first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes are effective for bookings made after the change — they do not reach back and alter a booking you have already confirmed.
