Privacy Policy

We are a car wash, not a data business. This page is short because there genuinely is not much to tell.

The whole thing in four lines We collect what you type into a booking or inquiry form, and nothing else. We use it to show up at the right address with the right kit. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

This policy explains what Wash OnDaGo — the trading name of [REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY — fill before launch] — does with the personal information you give us. It covers washondago.com and the bookings, inquiries and memberships that run through it.

1. What we collect

When you book or send an inquiry, we collect what the form asks for and nothing more:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address (email is optional on a booking).
  • The service address and its ZIP code — we need to know we actually serve it.
  • Vehicle details: size class, and anything you tell us about the vehicle’s condition.
  • The package, add-ons, date and arrival window you picked, and any notes you typed.
  • For fleet and business inquiries: your company or property name, role, fleet size, frequency and locations.

That is it. We don’t collect anything you don’t type. There is no account to create, no password to remember, and no profile building quietly in the background.

2. How we use it

To deliver the service you asked for, and for nothing else:

  • Confirming your booking, and telling you if anything changes.
  • Sending arrival ETAs and service updates by text or email.
  • Quoting add-ons before we do them, and invoicing what you approved.
  • Managing your plan, if you join a membership.
  • Keeping the business’s own books and records.

3. What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not trade it, we do not hand it to data brokers, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate — see the next section — and where the law requires us to.

4. Who else touches it

The short list of third parties involved in a normal booking:

  • A payment processor, when you pay online. Card details go directly to that processor. We never see or store card numbers.
  • The services that carry our messages — the phone, text and email tools we use to confirm your booking and tell you we are on the way.

The specific providers in each role, once they are finalised, will be named right here: [NAMED SERVICE PROVIDERS — list before launch]. We do not add a provider that would use your information for its own marketing.

5. Cookies, analytics & your browser

As this policy is written, this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no third-party analytics, ad pixels, or session recorders. If we add analytics later, this policy is updated before it goes live — not after.

The site does save one or two small preferences in your browser’s own local storage, so pages open the way you left them — which pricing view you last looked at, for example. That stays on your device, is not personal information, and is cleared whenever you clear your browser data.

6. Photos of your vehicle

We photograph every vehicle before and after service. Those photos are part of our quality process and our record of the vehicle’s condition — they are how the before-and-after record in our terms actually works.

Photos are only published with the owner’s permission. A picture of your car does not appear in a gallery, on social media, or in any advertisement unless you have said yes to it. Say no, or change your mind later, and it comes down.

7. Keeping & deleting your data

We keep booking records for normal business purposes — scheduling, invoicing, warranty of the work, and taxes.

Want your contact information removed from our records? Ask — … — and we handle it promptly, subject to the records we are legally required to keep, such as completed invoices. We will tell you what we removed and what we had to hold on to, and why.

8. Your choices

  • Service messages. Booking confirmations and arrival ETAs are part of the job. If you would rather have them by email than by text — or would rather we just phoned — tell us and we will note it against your booking.
  • Anything promotional. Tell us to stop and we stop. There is no fine print on that one.
  • Correcting your details. If a phone number or address is wrong in our records, tell us and we fix it.

9. Children

This site is meant for adults booking a service on their own vehicle. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

If what we collect or who we share it with changes, we update this page and move the “last updated” date. Material changes are published here before they take effect.
