for business

Fleets stay fresh.

Volume scheduling, one monthly invoice, and vehicles that always look like the business means it — serviced on your lot, on your schedule, across Northeast Florida.

who we look after

One vehicle or one hundred

If the vehicle is how you make a living, it is a fleet. We scale the same nine-step process from a single rideshare sedan to a lot full of front-line inventory.

Dealerships

Front-line ready, every morning. Lot washes, delivery details, and showroom-level finishes on a standing schedule.

Property managers

Apartments, HOAs and residential communities. Amenity days on your property — we set up, residents book their slot, the community shines.

Corporate offices

The parking-lot perk employees actually use. Cars get detailed while your team works.

Rideshare & gig drivers

Your car is your storefront. Keep it passenger-ready on a standing schedule instead of squeezing a wash in between fares.

Rental & delivery fleets

Fast turnaround cleans between customers and routes — consistent, documented, dependable.

Government & municipal

Vendor-ready service for public fleets — clear scope, consistent process, one monthly invoice.

straight answer

Fleet pricing is quoted, not guessed

There is no fleet price list on this page, and that is deliberate. A quote we pulled out of the air before seeing your lot would be worth exactly nothing to you.

What actually moves the number: how many vehicles, what condition they come to us in, how often we rotate through, whether they sit on one site or five, and how much of the work is a quick turnaround wash versus a full detail. We walk the lot, count the fleet, and put the volume pricing on paper before anyone commits to anything.

Just one or two vehicles?

You do not need a fleet contract to get fleet-like regularity. Two other routes cost you nothing to look at:

  • Per-visit pricing — the published rates by vehicle size on the services & pricing page. Book one, book ten.
  • A monthly membership — a standing schedule at member pricing, with the top tier written for luxury vehicles, executives, collectors and business fleets. See memberships.

Rideshare and gig drivers usually land here rather than on a fleet contract.

simple on purpose

How business service works

1

Site walk & quote

We visit your lot, count the fleet, and scope a plan — volume pricing on paper, no surprises.

2

Standing schedule

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — your vehicles rotate through without anyone chasing appointments.

3

One monthly invoice

Every vehicle, every visit, itemized on a single invoice. Accounting will thank you.

Nothing to plug in, nothing to plumb We arrive with our own water, our own power and every product we use. All we need from the site is somewhere safe and lawful to work beside the vehicles, plus gate or key access if the lot is secured. Weather-affected visits are rescheduled at no charge.

vendor file, ticked

What procurement will ask for

Licensed & insured

Certificate of insurance available on request for your vendor file.

Vendor-ready

W-9 and onboarding paperwork handled promptly — we know how procurement works.

Documented work

Every vehicle photographed before and after, logged against the invoice.

One point of contact

A single number to call — no dispatch maze, no ticket queue.

talk to us

Tell us about your fleet

Company, a name, and a number is genuinely enough to start. Everything else just makes the first quote sharper.

Optional — but it is where the written quote lands.
We reply within one business day with a site-walk time and a written quote.

Prefer to just see the work first?

Book one vehicle at retail pricing, judge the finished work yourself, and decide about the fleet afterwards. No contract needed to find out whether we are any good.
